In this special supplement of JPOSNA®, we are fortunate to have summaries of the topics presented at the 2022 POSNA Annual Meeting Pre-Course in Vancouver, which focused on enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in pediatric orthopaedics. This supplement will review the importance of diversity, and how to minimize our own biases, build diverse teams, craft a welcoming, supportive environment, and increase access to care for individuals in non-majority populations.
